Below are brief descriptions of the positions listed in the application form.
Resident Manager
On-site point of contact for residents and community needs. Helps communicate policies, coordinate maintenance requests, and support a clean, safe property environment.
Leasing Agent
Supports prospective and current residents by answering questions, scheduling showings, assisting with applications, and helping ensure a smooth move-in process.
Office Assistant
Helps with general office tasks such as answering phones, organizing paperwork, data entry, scanning/filing, and supporting the leasing and management team with day-to-day administrative needs.
Maintenance Tech
Performs routine repairs and preventive maintenance. Typical work may include basic plumbing and electrical troubleshooting, appliance issues, minor carpentry, and general property upkeep.
Turn Technician
Prepares units between residents so they’re clean, safe, and ready to rent. Focuses on punch-list items, minor repairs, fixture replacements, touch-ups, and coordinating with cleaning/painting as needed.
Laborer
Provides general support for maintenance and property tasks such as moving materials, cleanup, hauling, basic repairs, and assisting technicians and vendors on larger jobs.
Landscaper
Maintains grounds and curb appeal, including mowing, trimming, edging, weeding, debris removal, and seasonal cleanup of common areas.
Painter
Handles interior and exterior painting as needed, especially during unit turns. Includes prep work (patching, sanding, caulking), clean finishing, and job-site cleanup.
Porter
Helps keep common areas clean and orderly. Tasks may include trash pickup, light cleaning, minor property tasks, and reporting issues that need attention.
Vendor / Contractor
We welcome reliable, licensed/insured vendors and contractors who can respond promptly and communicate clearly. Common trades include HVAC, plumbing, electrical, cleaning services, and flooring (and other property-related services).
